Chocolate Ganache

If bacon can crossover to ice cream it’s entirely possible that chocolate too can fall under its spell. However, I don’t think even adding the flavor wizardry of the mighty bacon would compliment my creamy Chocolate Ganache. It’s so smooth and velvety in your mouth. I use this ingredient as a platform to build upon and create some of the other amazing confections found in The Paleo Sweet Tooth.

If I had an in-ground pool and could fill it with ANYTHING, it would be my ganache.  But I think it would be hard to swim in and I’d likely drown-in chocolate.  So my second choice would be whipped coconut cream.  Now there’s something I can swim in!

Paleo

These recipes are all orthodox Paleo. That means they are grain, dairy, and refined sugar free. Because eggs are high on the list of allergens, I also kept each recipe egg-free. What I wouldn’t compromise on is flavor. You’ll enjoy every single bite!

Gluten Free

For those of you who are simply trying to eliminate gluten from your life, then I’m here to tell you that anytime a recipe is “Paleo” it is also “gluten free!”  Not only are these recipes gluten free, most important, they are all offensively yummy. 

Dairy Free

Many people who are sensitive to gluten, are also sensitive to dairy. If that’s one of your food intolerances then you’ll be in good company with the Paleo Sweet Tooth because none of my recipes call for dairy.

No Refined Sugars

The only sweeteners you’ll find used in these recipes are honey, coconut sugar, and stevia. You won’t find sickeningly sweet recipes in The Paleo Sweet Tooth. I kept the sweeteners to a minimum and let YOU decide the level of sweetness that you desire.

Vegan

The majority of the recipes in The Paleo Sweet Tooth are vegan friendly. Those of the vegan persuasion can easily substitute maple syrup, agave, brown rice syrup, or my favorite, coconut nectar for the honey called for in some of my recipes.

Free of All Things Deadly

None of my recipes call for any type of Anthrax, cancer, or other agents of deadliness. Not a drop. Simple ingredients. Intuitive techniques. Sophisticated blends of confectionery seduction.
