It’s also a Fast Diet friendly smoothie for those of you who are having success following the Fast Diet (aka Intermittent Fasting) and want to keep life interesting!

I read ALL of your comments and because so many of you asked nicely, I designed this smoothie to contain NO banana, avocado, or cottage cheese (per your request).

Plus, I’ve kept the ingredients to an absolute minimum so that you can whip it up in a matter of minutes.

The total calorie count using Jay Robb’s strawberry flavored whey protein powder is 250 calories. To learn more about choosing a protein powder, plus access direct links to the products I use (and the best prices I’ve found) click HERE.
